What do you do at bedtime when the kids are flipping out and your on the verge of a tantrum yourself? Reach for the calming balm.
At least, that’s what I do.
And the great thing is, you don’t have to be on the verge of a meltdown to use it. In fact, prevention is best and I recommend rubbing this calming balm (on everyone) 30-45 minutes before bed.
This calming balm isn’t just for bedtime. You can use it all throughout the day when you’re feeling stressed or just in need of a little soothing.
Organic coconut oil with vitamin e oil and essential oils. We used some of the most soothing essential oils we have: vetiver, lavender, wild orange, ylang ylang and frankincense (it’s a 1.5% dilution on the essential oils).
How do you use it?
Just get a small amount on your fingers (really, it doesn’t take much) and rub it on your forehead, temples, chest or back of the neck. Do the same for littles.
